Please Review This Carefully Before Booking Your Travel Plans

We will pick you up in Asheville, NC. It is very important that you keep us updated with your travel information so we may be properly prepared for your arrival.

There are 3 options to arrive to Asheville.

1. This is the easiest option. Fly to the regional airport at Asheville, NC (AVL) where we will pick you up. It will then be approximately a 30 minute car ride to your accommodations. For more Asheville Airport information Click Here

2. This is a bit less expensive but requires more travel time. Fly to the international airport in Charlotte, NC. You will then need to take a bus to Asheville, NC where we will pick you up. It will then be approximately a 45 minute car ride to your accommodations. Please keep in mind that the last bus departing to Asheville leaves at approximately 5:30 PM and so if your flight arrives to Charlotte later than 4:00 PM you should plan to stay there overnight. 

The most economical overnight accommodation is the Econo-Lodge near the airport. The rate is usually around $65 and it has shuttle service from and back to the airport. Click Here for more information.

There are always cabs outside the baggage area that can take you to the bus station or you can take a shuttle for about $1.75. For the shuttle look for the "Sprinter" bus which will be green and its pickup area can be seen from Zone D outside the baggage claim area.

Following is an approximate bus schedule from Charlotte to Asheville. Please keep in mind these change slightly from time to time and sometimes daily. Check with the bus line to confirm schedule.

• Depart Charlotte 9:55 PM and Arrive Asheville 4:00 PM

• Depart Charlotte 4:15 PM and Arrive Asheville 9:30 PM

• Depart Charlotte 6:25 PM and Arrive Asheville 9:35 PM

3. This option is sometimes the least expensive but will often require several more hours of ground travel time. Fly to the international airport in Atlanta, GA. You will then need to take a bus to Asheville, NC where we will pick you up. It will then be approximately a 45 minute car ride to your accommodations.
